Halloween

We went trick-or-treating at Grandma's house this year. We had a great time!

Walking!

Nathan has started walking. He still seems a bit nervous but is getting better every day! I forgot how adorable it is to watch a little baby learning to walk!! He definitely prefers to crawl still, but I'm sure that won't last long.

Dentist

Kaitlyn had her first trip to the dentist this week. We spent days preparing for our visit! We started to watch the Jon and Kate episode where the sextuplets visit the dentist, until I realized that most of them were crying and screaming hysterically. I quickly turned it off before Kaitlyn knew what was going on. Kaitlyn did a wonderful job! She sat still and kept her mouth open so they could clean her teeth. I was very happy to hear that her teeth look great and there are no cavities!

Zoo Day

I have been on Spring Break for the last two weeks so we have been trying to find some fun things to do. Last week we met Katie, William, Peter, and Aunt Stacy at the zoo! We had a great time and our wonderful friend Katie got us all in for free with her passes. Thanks Katie!




Kaitlyn decided that she wanted to wear her swimsuit all day. It was fun to see all of the animals, but Kaitlyn said her favorite part was the splash pad and the tree house. Nathan even seemed to have a good time once we let him out of the stroller. We spent hours playing there!

New Blog

So I decided to try something new. I never thought I would have a blog, but after reading the blogs of so many friends and family, I decided I had to give it a try. If you are reading this, please be warned, I am certainly not an inspirational writer like so many others in my family. I just wanted to start a blog to keep friends and family who are far away updated on our lives. Here goes nothing!!
